P Round House HO 1580 U S 40' offset ballast hopper With this kit you can model fairly closely series 96565-98062--later 300000-301475. Northern Alberta Railways had a half-dozen cars briefly that where turned over to CN. There is an article in //////// on these cars and this model.

P Walthers HO 4200 U S Ballast hopper There needs to be some bracing added on the angled end sheets and the ladder removed on the A end on the right side. PMI has decals for this car. Otherwise it is very close to the prototype. CN (? cars) blt NSC 2-76 302000's (welded)
P Walthers HO 5350 U S Jordan spreader There is an article by Bob Boudreau in Model Railroading 01/99 on modeling one of these for CN.
P Walthers HO 5950 U S Difco dump ballast hopper There is an article in CN Lines 3/2 by S Swain on these cars. The hydraulic cylinder pots are too small and are therefor spaced to far apart. Also some of the bracing is different but it has the feel of the prototype.
