The CN Lines magazine is included in your CNRHAmembership. It is also available in some hobby stores. You may find after reading one or two issues that you don't want to depend of finding an unsold copy in a store — a CNRHA membership is for you!
Here are some samples of the magazine:
The magazine has a good mix of railway information, history, and modelling details. The tenth anniversary edition, pictured at the top of this page, was 72 pages of colour and BW photos, diagrams, and fascinating information. As for the rest of the CNRHA, the scope of the magazine covers Canadian National Railways, the Grand Trunk Western, and the Duluth Winnipeg and Pacific, past and present. It also includes predecessors of Canadian National like the Central Vermont.
To subscribe to CN Lines, become a member of CNRHA. See the membership information on-line for details on how to become a member and receive the magazine.
The CN Lines magazine is made possible through the efforts of many volunteers. Some of these are listed on the contacts page.
Please send magazine submissions, requests for reprints, or use of any CN Lines material to the Editor:

In each volume of CN Lines, there are four issues (numbers). The exception to this was Volume 1 in which there was only one issue. Each issue is referred to by its volume and number. For example, V10N1 means volume 10, number 1.
Back issues of CN Lines are available. In some cases, there are still copies of the original printing left. In other cases the supply of originals has been exhausted, but photocopies are available. While these are done on a high quality copier, they are regrettably not the same quality as the originals. They do contain all the information in the originals however, and are available at a lower price. There are two special package deals as well for photocopies of the early issues of CN Lines.
For a complete list of what is available and to order, please see the order form (PDF). The address has changed. Please be sure you are using this updated form.
